The service

TryWithAI offers AI tools that suggest how things might suit you — starting with GlassesFit, which recommends and visualizes eyewear on your photo. Outputs are AI-generated suggestions for inspiration, not professional, medical, or optical advice, and may not be accurate.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we sign you in by email link.

Credits & payment

• The Service runs on credits, sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Credits are used to generate reports across the tools on the site. Prices are shown at checkout in USD.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are tied to your account.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content & acceptable use

You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to use. You agree not to upload images of other people without their consent, content involving minors, or anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. You agree not to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). Subject to these terms and payment, the try-on images we generate for you are yours to use for personal purposes. Because outputs are AI-generated, they may not be unique and similar results may be produced for others.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate or unflattering; recommendations are not a guarantee that a product will suit or fit you. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryWithAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
