Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info. Your email address when you sign in. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
• Photos you upload. The selfie(s) you submit to our tools, and the images our AI generates from them.
• Purchase info. Your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Standard server logs (IP, browser type, timestamps) used to run and secure the service.

How we use your photos

When you upload a selfie, we send it to our AI provider (OpenAI) to analyze visible features — face shape, hairstyle, and color direction — and to generate try-on images of frames on your face. We use your photos only to produce your try-on report and to let you view, regenerate, and download it.

We do not use your face to identify you, we do not build a facial recognition profile, and we do not sell your photos or use them to train models. Analysis is for styling recommendations only.

Who we share data with

We use a small set of trusted service providers (“ subprocessors”) to run the product. We share only what each needs to do its job:

• OpenAI — analyzes your uploaded photo and generates try-on images.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site, runs generation queues and image transformations, stores account, credit, and report data in D1, and stores uploaded and generated images in private R2 storage.
• Neon — retains legacy database records during our transition to Cloudflare.
• Resend — sends login links and notification emails.
• Google — Google sign-in if you choose it, and Google Analytics for aggregate site usage, traffic sources, and approximate country. Advertising features are disabled.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

A paid try-on report and its images are available for 7 days after purchase, after which the session expires. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We keep purchase records as required for tax and accounting.

Usage and speed measurement

We use Google Analytics to see which pages and tools are used: the type of page, which product and version, result views, downloads and share links. It never receives your photos, answers, report content, email address or account details. Your approximate country comes from the analytics provider.

We also measure how quickly pages load and how long you wait for a result. These speed samples are anonymous, contain no photos, reports or identifiers, use no cookies, and are deleted after 32 days.

Separately, our servers keep daily totals of completed operations, outcomes, credit activity and processing times. These totals contain no account or session identity and are kept after reports and photos are deleted. Records of anonymous free uses are removed after 32 days.

Turning analytics off (see Cookies below), Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control stops Google Analytics and speed measurement in your browser. The server totals are part of running the service and continue.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and product interactions. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and do not load Google Analytics when either signal is enabled. You can also Disable analytics in this browser. This choice does not affect sign-in or product use.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to delete your account entirely. Email support@trywith.ai and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA.

Children

TryWithAI is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
