Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TryWithAI (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our site and tools — most importantly the photos you upload to GlassesFit — how we use that data, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

  • Account info. Your email address when you sign in. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
  • Photos you upload. The selfie(s) you submit to GlassesFit, and the try-on images our AI generates from them.
  • Purchase info.Your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data. Standard server logs (IP, browser type, timestamps) used to run and secure the service.

How we use your photos

When you upload a selfie, we send it to our AI provider (OpenAI) to analyze visible features — face shape, hairstyle, and color direction — and to generate try-on images of frames on your face. We use your photos only to produce your try-on report and to let you view, regenerate, and download it.

We do not use your face to identify you, we do not build a facial recognition profile, and we do not sell your photos or use them to train models. Analysis is for styling recommendations only.

Who we share data with

We use a small set of trusted service providers (“ subprocessors”) to run the product. We share only what each needs to do its job:

  • OpenAI — analyzes your uploaded photo and generates try-on images.
  • Stripe — processes payments.
  • Vercel — hosts the site and stores uploaded and generated images (Vercel Blob).
  • Neon — our database (accounts, credit balances, sessions).
  • Resend — sends login links and notification emails.
  • Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

A paid try-on report and its images are available for 7 days after purchase, after which the session expires. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We keep purchase records as required for tax and accounting.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to delete your account entirely. Email support@trywith.ai and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA.

Children

TryWithAI is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
