We stand behind the product. If our AI doesn’t deliver, you get your money back — no interrogation, no hoops.
7-day, no-questions-asked refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason — even if you’ve already viewed or downloaded your try-on images. We’d rather refund a disappointed customer than keep money we didn’t earn.
How to request one
Email support@trywith.ai from the address on your account, and mention roughly when you bought. That’s it — we’ll find the order.
What happens next
- We refund to your original payment method through Stripe. It typically lands in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Refunding a purchase removes the credits it granted. If you’ve already spent some of them, we’ll sort out a fair outcome with you directly.
After 7 days
Past the 7-day window we generally can’t offer a refund, but if something went genuinely wrong on our end, email us anyway — we’ll make it right.
